Privacy
In short: gevitry sets no cookies and does not know who you are unless you write to us. The only thing measured is an anonymous, cookieless visitor count, explained right below.
Controller
NexTao GmbH, Königsallee 27, 40212 Düsseldorf, Germany. Email: info@gevitry.com.
Server log files
Our hosting provider stores the usual technical data with every request (IP address, time, page requested, browser) for security purposes and deletes it after a short time. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We do not analyze these logs for profiling.
Fonts, images, videos, maps and scripts
Fonts, images and the site's own scripts are served from our own domain. No Google Fonts, no embedded third-party maps or videos. The only scripts loaded from other addresses are the visitor count described above and the newsletter, contact and program request forms from formdialog.com, NexTao GmbH's own form service (more under Programs, consultations, newsletter and contact). The maps are drawn by our own code from public-domain outlines; they never contact a map service.
Calculators, checks and quiz
All calculators, the blood test check, the stress check, the supplement check and the longevity type quiz run in your browser. They store your inputs and your result in your own browser (local storage) so they are still there on your next visit. Nothing is transmitted to us, not even health information. You can delete this data at any time in your browser settings.
Sharing on social networks
The share buttons are plain links. Only when you click one does the respective network open in a new window and learn which page you want to share. When you open our pages, no network is contacted. Result images are drawn in your browser.
Programs, consultations, newsletter and contact
The request forms for programs and consultations, the contact form and the newsletter sign-up come from formdialog.com, the form service of NexTao GmbH. It runs on its own server at Hostinger in Frankfurt am Main, sets no cookies and loads nothing from third parties. With the form it learns on which gevitry page it is shown.
When you write to us through the contact form, we process the details you enter (name, email address, subject, message) to answer your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). The message is delivered to our editorial team by email, stored in the form service and deleted once it is no longer needed. To fend off abuse we keep the IP address of every submission for 14 days (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
If you request a program or consultation, we process the details you enter (name, email address, phone number if you wish, and your request) to handle your request. Information about health, nutrition or sleep that you volunteer in it is a special category of personal data under Art. 9 GDPR; we process it only with your explicit consent, which you give with the consent box in the form and can withdraw at any time. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) and Art. 9 (2) (a) GDPR (consent). As with the contact form, the request is delivered to our editorial team by email and stored in the form service, here too with the IP address kept for 14 days. We delete requests once they are no longer needed, no later than twelve months after completion.
The newsletter uses double opt-in: after signing up you receive an email with a confirmation link, and only the click on it subscribes you. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 30 days. As proof of your consent we store the time and IP address of the sign-up and of the confirmation. Your email address stays on our list until you unsubscribe, which is possible with every issue (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). We do not pass data on to third parties.
